When Muslims pray, they have to face Mecca... What will they do if they are in space???
When a Muslim prays, he has to face Mecca. Entire Mosques are even built facing Mecca, what will they do if they are in space??? Well there are several ways to handle this. 1) Just DON'T face Mecca. A few Muslims have even stated that its ok to do so... as long as you are praying. 2) Face the general direction of earth, that shouldn't be too hard to find, even in another star system. 3) And here comes my wise ass answer... In the far future, if this rule will still apply, people will have a "Mecca Service" in their cell phones (or whatever else our cell phones will turn into) that will help point people in the direction of Mecca. SO THERE. Thats it for now, lucky for me, I don't need to pray or find Mecca every day....
